Our Approach
Quality
Editor Etal values high quality for each client. We will provide a thorough review, and offer a service and fee proposal for your specific job. Once the product is delivered, we expect you to review it thoroughly and let us know if you are pleased. If there are any concerns, we will address them immediately.
Consultations
Consultations are required for complex jobs (e.g., full books). Most jobs, in particular, academic jobs (dissertations, etc.) are straightforward and require minimal consultations. If it is determined that a consultation is needed, then there will be no charge for that service.
Trust
Trust is built through providing a thorough assessment of the document received, and clearly articulating the service to be provided and the service fee. Trust is also built through our adherence to quality and timeliness. Your editing job will be timely and of the highest quality.
Alignment
To ensure that clients agree on the scope of the editing project, an Editor Etal proposal will be provided that includes a description of the specific services to be rendered, the fee to be charged for the services, a project completion timeline, the initial deposit requirement, and the amount and date for the final balance due. Clients are required to accept the proposal by submitting the deposit prior to the project being started, and they should indicate that the full Editor Etal proposal is satisfactory.
Our Process
Estimation & Editing
Step 1: Send documents to editor123.etal@gmail for analysis
Step 2: Schedule a consultation
Step 3: Create an invoice for mutual agreement between editor and client
Step 4: Prior to editing we require a 50% deposit
Step 5: Upon completion client will receive two copies of their documents (clean copy + track changes copy) with a watermark until client completes the final payment.
Step 6: Guaranteed services (additional edits up to 60 days)
